◆Automatic board diverter consists of foldable support,motorized conveyor,automatic diverter and double-level fixed support.
◆During production foldable support is upright,connects well with slitter-scorer,ensures stable conveying of board.
◆Motorized conveyor with hard-chromium rollers and PU press wheels,ensures stable conveying,prevents board fromcurling,vibration and jamming.
◆AC servo motor&controller motorized conveyor,synchronizes conveying speed with production line speed.
◆Pneumatic lifting of board diverter controlled by PLC,links with Management system to realize automatic diverting to upper&lower level.
◆Double-level fixed support connects well with board diverter,smoothly conveys board to upper&lower Cutoff.
